4 | cups | Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced | |

2/3 | cup | sugar | |

3/4 | cup | apple juice or water | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | ground cinnamon | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | cornstarch | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | cold water | |
|
|||
1 | pkg. | (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin | |
|
|||
1 | prepared graham cracker crumb crust | ||
|
Mix apples, sugar, apple juice and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender, about 5 minutes. In separate bowl, blend cornstarch and water together until smooth. Stir into apple mixture. Return to boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until firm.
